RATE POLICY
 | All rates based on double occupancy & quoted in Cdn$
 | Two night minimum stay in Fall, Storm and Spring Seasons |
 | Three night minimum stay during Summer Season |
 | Extra guests $20 each, Children under 12 are $10 per night |
 | Pets, add $10 per pet, per night
 | For stays five nights or longer $50 extra housekeeping charges apply |
 | If
you require additional light housekeeping an extra charge of $25.00 can be
paid directly to our
hostess. |
 | 50% Deposit required at time of booking
 | Check in time 3:00pm, Check out by 11:00am
 | Please notify us if arriving after 5:00pm

CANCELLATION POLICY
 | 30 days advance notice of cancellation is required for a full refund of deposit less
$50 administration fee
 | Cancellation with less than 30 days notice will result in forfeiture of deposit
unless cabin can be re-rented less admin fee of $50
 | No refunds will be issued for unused days or early departures
 | Date changes are possible subject to availability of cabin

CLEANING/DAMAGE POLICY
 | Note that this is a non-smoking cabin, smoking permitted outside on deck
 | It is expected that guests clean their cooking & eating utensils, $25 fee if dishes & cooking utensils are not cleaned and put away
 | Additional charges may apply should the cabin be left in a state requiring
extra cleaning over and above what is expected from a typical guest stay |
 | Any damage caused to the cabin and grounds by the guest will be charged to the guest's credit card

PET POLICY
 | Guest must bring bedding for pet, we supply the towels
 | Pet must not be left unattended within the cottage or anywhere on property
 | Pet must be under owner's control at all times
 | Please ensure that you pick up after your pet
 | Pets not permitted on furniture
Guest assumes full responsibility for any damage caused or excessive cleaning for whatever reason
